They are surely effective if procured from real neem plant. But they are very concentrated and artificially processed with chemicals which may have undesirable side-effects.We are here going to deal with dry or fresh neem leaves that can be
Directly taken from your neem plant from your garden.
Chewing neem leaves:instead of taking neem pills you can try this ,this is more effective and safe comparatively.
When to chew?: wake up early in the morning chew neem leaves in empty stomach.
How to chew?.: wash your neem leaves nicely, take few leaves (Don’t stuff your mouth with all the leaves and it will simply make you vomit) put it in your mouth on one side either left or right and then start chewing fast. And don’t breath or try to feel the taste while you chew them. Once your are done swallow the whole neem paste in one go and take one gulp of water. If you need more repeat the same thing twice or thrice. you can try upto 10 to 30 leaves depending on your capacity. you can gradually increase you dosage after few days .Continue this neem therapy for 4 consecutive days for best results, then give a gap of 3 days then start again.
Don’t eat anything after 1 hr of the therapy.

I was taking Neem capsules for 2 weeks 500mg 1 capsule a day and it slowed down my metabolism. I have put on so much weight it is unbelievable. Please tell me how can I speed up my metabolism again so I can loose this weight. It also made me really constipated. Please help. Has this happened to anyone else while using Neem. I am very upset right now. It even made my breast grow a whole cup size bigger. Help

Ok people there is not much long term side effects of neem...if you are planning to get prgnant just stop the use of neem..the u can restart neem intake after conceiving the child....the child will have good immunity if the mother has done a lot of neem leaves before getting pregnant

Respected mam, I have been taking daily neem leaves in the quantaty of 50-55 leaves daily in early morning, for the last one month approx, almost everyday, I am suffering from ECZEMA & for my general skin problem.
